11 Plus Spelling and Vocabulary Work Books

This innovative series of 11+ books provides a complete and comprehensive course building a child's spelling and vocabulary technique. The course boosts 11+ verbal reasoning, comprehension and word power skills. It also provides a wider vocabulary for use in creative writing. The whole series is designed to be completed over one school year, or more for younger children, with the child learning 20 new words every day.

Our spelling and vocabulary books progress from foundation (Books 1-3) and intermediate (Books 4-7) to advanced level (Books 8-12) material. Working through the series will give a child a working vocabulary of more than 5,400 words. A running total of the words covered is contained in the Word Bank at the top of each page. The child is encouraged to recognize, spell, know the definition and use of each word.
